Key Responsibilities
Handle routine customer fraud inquiries using critical thinking and
empathy
Utilize active listening and analytical reasoning to assess
customer data in real-time
Document proposed solutions clearly and manage claims processing
effectively
Required Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent required
General PC troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Microsoft
Office
Effective telephone etiquette and active listening skills
2+ years of experience in fraud analysis, customer service, or
contact centers preferred
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
