Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Deliver results that meet individual and branch sales goals, as well as customer expectations
  
• Develop new relationships and maintain existing ones, working with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle
  
• Present financial solutions that meet customer needs and goals
  
• Present customers with optional insurance products
  
• Educate customers on loan terms and conditions to ensure a clear understanding
  
• Partner with local businesses to seek out and develop new customers
  
• Learn credit underwriting techniques and sales tools
  
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, and comply with laws and regulations
  
  
  Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Sales, collections, or customer service experience
