Job Description:
Nature Sunshine is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales
Senior Manager to lead part of our sales strategy and manage part
of our sales team. The Sales Senior Manager will be responsible for
creating and implementing sales plans, motivating and guiding the
sales force, and ensuring the attainment of sales targets. This
role calls for a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities
and a deep comprehension of the MLM business model. Experience
working in an omnichannel environment is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective
sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. Identify
new market opportunities and design plans to capture them.
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales
managers and representatives. Provide coaching, training, and
performance evaluations to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales
targets.
- Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance
metrics. Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior
management. Adjust strategies as needed to meet changing market
conditions and company goals.
- Recruitment and Training: Oversee the recruitment and
onboarding of new sales representatives. Develop and implement
training programs to ensure all team members are well-equipped to
succeed.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships
with key customers, distributors, and partners. Address customer
concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about
industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Use this information to inform sales strategies and product
offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company
policies and relevant regulations. Maintain a high standard of
ethics and integrity within the sales team.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage your region's budget.
Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a
related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, with at
least five years in a leadership role within an MLM
company.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven
ability to develop and implement successful sales
strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and
market trends.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
