Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Operations Analyst.

Position type: Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Onsite: 5 days a week

As an Operations Analyst, you will:
Prepare to gain a comprehensive understanding of various performance methodologies and calculations in the PWM systems, including time-weighted return, internal rate of return and investment result performance reporting.
Apply your quantitative skills as you conduct root cause analysis, probability theories, and drive resolution for performance return discrepancies.
Showcase your client service skills as you partner with PWM Business to ensure client's performance needs are being met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Leverage your risk-management skills to successfully adhere to current controls while identifying areas where additional controls could be put in place.

Skillset and Experience
Proven analytical and problem-solving ability.
Quantitative skills to understand complex calculations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) proficiency.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong control focus and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Experience
Previous Operations experience.
STEM background.
Understanding of various performance methodologies.
Bachelor's degree.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
