• Develop life-changing, evidence-based programs personalized for each child.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of behavior technicians to ensure quality care.
• Offer parent training to support the implementation of treatment strategies.
• Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Assess and plan transitions that are both co Requirements:
  • Must hold certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and be a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Utah.
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to reliability.
