Job Description:

Job Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Facilities Technician to maintain and repair the company's buildings, equipment, and grounds. This role involves using various skilled trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) to perform repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance. The technician will also operate various equipment such as forklifts, backhoes, and snow removal equipment to complete tasks. This position may require overtime and some snow and ice removal. Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three years of relevant work experience
• Graduation from a trade program or completion of an apprenticeship
• Ability to obtain a Class A CDL driver's license
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications
• Skilled in electrical, HVAC, or plumbing work Benefits
