We are seeking highly motivated sales representatives to join our
team and contribute to our continued success.Job Summary:The Sales
Representative will be responsible for driving new business growth
through proactive outreach, relationship building, and effective
sales strategies. This role is ideal for a results-oriented
individual who thrives in a commission-based environment and is
passionate about delivering exceptional value to
clients.Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Outreach:
- Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and social media to
identify and qualify potential leads.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified
prospects.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target
organizations.
- Relationship Building and Sales:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective
clients.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client
requirements.
- Present and demonstrate Chamber Media's services and solutions
effectively.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, consistently achieving and
exceeding sales targets.
- Manage and track sales activities and progress using CRM
software.
- Trade Show and Networking:
- Represent Chamber Media at industry trade shows and networking
events.
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients
at these events.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor
activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market insights and
sales strategies.Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B
environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with
clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work
independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to attend Trade Shows and networking events.
- Preferred knowledge of the Media/advertising
industry.Compensation and Benefits:
- Commission-based compensation with a draw of $10 per hour.
- Full-time on-target earnings (OTE) of $110,000+ with no cap on
earnings.
- Commission rate of 10% on all closed deals.
- Current Average Contract Size: $125,000.
