Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Team Lead
(remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the team in resolving physician claim denials and conduct root
cause analysis
Collaborate on process initiatives to reduce denials and improve
efficiency
Communicate with leadership regarding reimbursement issues and
track claim denials
Required Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
in denial management
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management
(RCM), particularly in collections
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, CPT codes, and payer
policies
Proficient in Excel and experience with payer portals and claims
clearinghouses
Ability to analyze denials and payment variances and draft
technical appeals
