you!As a Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in helping
children develop essential life skills, such as motor skills,
social skills, and emotional regulation. You'll work closely with
our experienced team to create personalized treatment plans that
cater to each child's unique needs and goals.Benefits and

- Teach children while playing and following a treatment plan
tailored to their needs
- Observe, play, and collect data to inform progress notes
- Help children develop essential life skills, such as motor
skills, social skills, and emotional regulation
- Work collaboratively with our team to create personalized
treatment plansSkills and Qualities We're Looking For:
- Lot of energy, playful, creative, and able to think on your
feet
- Dependable and reliable, with a strong commitment to supporting
our clients and their families
- Ability to move quickly and frequently, with a strong emphasis
on physical stamina
- Comfortable learning new technologies, including data
collection software and Microsoft Office 365
- Desire to learn, work independently, and provide high-quality
