Job Description:

Foursight Capital/OneMain Auto is currently seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Dealer Relationship Specialist. As a Dealer Relationship Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging and growing a network of relationships with key personnel in auto dealerships with the purpose of growing our indirect auto lending base. Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm depending upon assigned areaLocation: Fully in office in West Valley City, UTPay: base salary + quarterly bonus potentialJob Duties:

• Communicate directly with dealership partners and provide best in class customer service.
• Work independently to establish new dealership partners and grow the network of franchise and independent dealerships in an assigned geographic region
• Prospect new markets to establish a new dealership base
• Work with existing partners to engage nonparticipating and under performing dealerships.
• Maintain a positive and mutually beneficial cohesion within the team.
• Assist other departments as required by business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership. Required experience/education:
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales required
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Goal oriented self-starter
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Able to manage a large volume of calls, texts and emails
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
