Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inbound Customer Service Specialist
to provide exceptional support to customers remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone, resolving a
variety of inquiries and issues
Build rapport with customers by actively listening and providing
effective solutions
Stay informed on product updates, policy changes, and current
events affecting customers
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
2-3 years of experience in customer service or support, preferably
in a customer-facing role
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to appear on live video calls with coworkers
