Job Description:

A company is looking for a Part-Time Patient Support Nurse (Spanish Bi-Lingual).
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the initial point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff, providing information and education on ALS
Facilitate warm transfers to program stakeholders for inquiries beyond the role's remit
Adhere to training deadlines and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

Licensed Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of clinical experience
Experience with Parkinson's Disease, neurodegenerative disorders, or similar conditions
Preferred experience with medical devices and/or pumps
Strong patient empathy and understanding
Ability to educate while providing emotional support
