Practice Relations Ambassador - Oral Surgery Location: This position will support both practices of Oral and Facial Reconstructive Surgeons of Utah (OFRS) and Utah Facial and Oral Surgery (UFOS). Salt Lake City, UT 84125 - South Jordan, UT 84095 - Lehi, UT 84043 Position Highlights:Join our team as a Practice Relations Ambassador and play a pivotal role in expanding the reach of Oral and Facial Reconstructive Surgeons of Utah and Utah Facial and Oral Surgery. In this exciting position, you'll drive business growth by developing strategic plans and building strong, lasting relationships with referral sources in your designated area. Collaborating with our office and marketing teams, you'll actively engage with local dental practices to broaden our referral network, ensuring that our clinics consistently exceed new patient goals. Our goal is to empower employees to deliver excellent patient care and build strong relationships with referring dentists.Required Qualifications: Partner with surgeons to build marketing plans and achieve growth goals.Develop awareness of new surgeons, services, and referral opportunities.Educate and build positive relationships with dentists and practice staff.Design and manage quarterly engagement campaigns and local events.Assist in selecting educational methods for Continuing Education courses.Maintain detailed records and provide regular reports to management.Exhibit strong communication, time management, and self-motivation skills.
