Job Description:
A company is looking for an RN Case Management Analyst to
deliver healthcare services and manage case loads remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and evaluate healthcare services in conjunction
with physician treatment plans
Conduct clinical assessments and provide health education and
utilization management to members
Manage own caseload and coordinate all assigned cases while
ensuring program objectives are met
Required Qualifications
Current unrestricted RN nursing license
3-5 years of relevant experience in case management
Experience with MCG and proficient computer skills
