Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Travel Nurse RN. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Assess patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records and clinical data.
• Develop and Implement Patient Plan of Care: Develop and implement patient plan of care in accordance with nursing standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with healthcare team members to identify and meet patient needs, and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Professional Development: Seek out learning opportunities and continuing education to maintain skills and competence in clinical practice or role performance.Requirements
  • Experience: One year of experience preferred.
  • Nursing Skills and Knowledge Base: Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.
