First Year Average Income: $65,000 - $85,000 Performance-Based Compensation Outstanding Retirement Rewards Regular Bonuses for Achievements Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our current clientele
• Attract and onboard new clients to expand our portfolio
• Lead and evaluate team activities and overall productivity
• Provide mentorship and guidance to new team members
• Record daily activities and performance metrics via our Salesforce CRM
• Focus daily on enhancing client management and developing leadership capabilities Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Efficient time management skills with a successful history of achieving deadlines
  • Strong leadership capabilities and prior supervisory experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • English is necessary, Spanish is a perk.
    • Effective prioritization and delegation abilities

    • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
