products to address unmet medical needs.The Marketing Manager,
Sales Channel is responsible for the strategy, design, and delivery
of marketing tools and resources to be utilized and leveraged by
the field sales team. This Manager will be responsible for engaging
and empowering sales as their primary target audience. This role
will lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing-led
programs that drive sales productivity and effectiveness, and
customer engagement. This role will collaborate closely with sales
leaders, as well as product management, enterprise training, sales
enablement, and analytics to ensure the sales force is equipped
with the necessary tools, resources, and training to achieve their

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing-Driven Sales Channel Strategy:
Create and execute a comprehensive sales channel marketing strategy
that aligns with the Oncology sales business objectives, marketing
strategy, and sales goals, including partnering with National
Accounts team for marketing-driven strategic account and EMR
integration needs
- Marketing-led Training and Development: Design and deliver
training programs for sales team around established marketing
resources and tools, including pitch decks, sales collateral, and
digital lead follow up
- Content Development and Management: Oversee the organization
and distribution of sales content through Seismic platform, monthly
newsletter, and monthly podcast, including the creation and
development of new content and techniques, ensuring it is easily
accessible and up to date
- Culture of Celebrating Wins: Implement and manage initiatives
and execute tactics to drive sales goals. Develop a culture of
excitement, winning, positivity, and collaboration between
marketing and sales
- Performance Metrics and Technology: Establish and track key
performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of
marketing-led sales programs and initiatives. Oversee management of
Seismic, SalesForce lead conversion, and strategic account
partnerships
- Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with sales, marketing
partners, clinical, and training teams to ensure a constant
feedback loop across all functions and to ensure opportunity to
receive feedback to continuously improve
- Segmentation and Targeting: In partnership with Sr. Marketing
Manager, Digital and Enterprise Operations team, build and execute
strategy for commercializing segmentation and targeting to focus on
high potential customersQualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a
related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in B2B sales and/or
marketing required
- Experience in product marketing, marketing sales enablement,
sales, or sales training required
- 3+ years of experience must be in B2B sales or marketing in
biotech, medical device, or adjacent industry Other Skills and
Experience
- Marketing or sales content development and management in
Seismic, or similar platform
- Experience developing and delivering training on products,
sales tools, and techniques
- Experience developing pitch decks, playbooks, product sheets,
and other content
- Technical Skills in sales enablement tools & CRM (Salesforce
preferred), in addition to Marketing automation, Martech, and
AdTech
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make
data-driven decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with
