Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Advocate Manager who will
develop relationships with existing customers to enhance
satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers to
understand their needs and challenges
Lead clients through the execution of plans while monitoring
objectives and KPIs
Act as a liaison between product management and customers,
communicating effectively about product roadmaps
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in account management
Insurance agency experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Strong aptitude for strategic thinking and tactical execution
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software,
preferably Salesforce
