Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director - Document Processing who will lead technical innovation and organizational growth in document processing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design document processing solutions, ensuring scalability and compliance
Contribute to coding and uphold quality standards through code reviews
Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

Deep experience in document processing systems, including OCR and NLP
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go
Expertise with document storage solutions like Elasticsearch or Apache Solr
10+ years of software engineering experience, including team management
Extensive experience leading Agile teams and managing project delivery
