Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to review
and negotiate commercial contracts and support corporate legal
matters.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate technology-related commercial
contracts, primarily SaaS agreements
Coordinate with sales and operations teams on customer contracting
processes and evaluate proposed contract revisions
Analyze commercial contracts in connection with M&A due
diligence and assist with corporate documentation for global
subsidiaries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; law degree preferred
2-5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a technology
company
Experience with software licensing, including B2B SaaS products
