Provides analysis and feasibility studies, establishes project goals, negotiates timelines/schedules, and develops project plans. Responsibilities--- Manage moderately complex projects, research, track, and report on initiatives.--- Ensure that deliverables are completed in accordance to the PacifiCorp Project Governance and Standards.--- Analyze, recommend and/or implement technical, procedure and process enhancements. --- Communicate project objectives, parameters, status, and outcomes. Manage client expectations.--- Analyze and evaluate skills to define critical tasks. --- Monitor and maintain project budgets, deliverables and schedules. --- Evaluate and establish project goals, develop project plans, negotiate timelines and schedules and monitor progress against plan.--- Participate with PacifiCorp Procurement in Vendor/Client negotiations--- Manage interactive between customers and the project team--- Support the integration and change between the business units and technical support staff as it relates to the SAP environment.--- Facilitate team efforts, provide guidance and direction to team members, and communicate project objectives, parameters, status, and outcomes.Requirements--- Bachelor's Degree in Business; or the equivalent combination of education.--- A minimum of three years experience in project management. --- Analytical and evaluation skills to define critical tasks, establish sequence of events, identify individuals/teams, timelines, and outcomes, and product project plans.--- Project management skills to develop and monitor work agreements and budgets, determine specifications, schedules, timelines, and define deliverables.--- Interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate team efforts, provide guidance and direction to team members, and communicate project objectives, parameters, status, and outcomes.--- Financial modeling to quantify costs and benefits of projects and to track and maintain outcomes.--- Knowledge of project management techniques, the Company's business, applicable policies, procedures, and practices, and federal, state, and local laws. Preferences--- Working knowledge of SAP in cost tracking and forecasting.--- PMP Certification.
