Establish processes for creating, testing, and optimizing performance marketing assets
Formulate and execute data-driven creative strategies that align with brand values and drive growth

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of job experience with 3+ years in creative leadership in performance marketing
Strong leadership skills with a track record of inspiring creative teams
Deep understanding of online and offline marketing channels
Proficient in using AI tools for content generation and performance analysis
