• Lead Financial Strategy: Develop annual financial plans, manage budgets, and create financial models that guide Alter's path forward.
• Optimize Operations: Track financial and operational performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth across teams like sales, marketing, and customer support.
• Drive Profitability: Establish operational budgets and financial processes that ensure company profitability and sustained growth.
• Evaluate New Initiatives: Assess the financial viability and growth potential of new products or business strategies.
• Build Systems: Create robust financial reporting systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or related advanced degree preferred).Experience Requirements:8+ years of senior finance and operations experience, ideally within a startup or fast-growing company.Proven experience driving operational efficiencies, scalability, and internal process improvements.Strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Experience in banking, investment banking, or hedge fund management is a plus.
