Act as a project manager for Financial Crime Compliance ("FCC") regulatory exams.

Conduct in-depth reviews and quality assurance of FCC regulatory exam responses.

Requires: Bachelor's degree (U.S.

or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, International Studies, Legal Studies, Business, or a related analytical field.

Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related compliance, risk management or finance role.

Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience with the following: collating and categorizing compliance-related data to perform risk and control analysis; presenting compliance-related data or AML/BSA-related investigative findings to senior management; performing BSA/AML investigations and report writing; performing compliance related due diligence and making risk evaluations; experience with market abuse typologies including insider trading and market manipulation; interacting with regulators, such as Federal Reserve Bank and the Securities and Exchange Commission, by handling regulatory requests for information and documentation; experience with anti-money laundering, counterterrorism, anti-bribery, sanctions, and anti-fraud (including wire fraud and debit card fraud) within the banking industry or at a financial regulator; and experience training compliance staff and leading compliance-related process enhancement and improvement projects.
