Lead Level Designer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Level Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Hire and manage a team of talented level designers
Define the vision and be accountable for the game's playable spaces
Lead an iterative development cycle and oversee playtests for feedback

Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional level design experience with at least one shipped AAA action or shooter title
3+ years of professional experience in multiplayer game development
Experience as a lead level designer managing and mentoring other designers
Expert knowledge in level design for AAA multiplayer games
Proficiency in Unreal Engine and scripting abilities preferred
